After student teaching in the western suburbs, her first position was
as a Learning Resource teacher in Indian Prairie School District 204
in Naperville. During her tenure there, she earned a Masters Degree

her move to CCSD 180 as Principal of Anne M. Jeans School.

and share their home with two cats and a dog. Their standard poodle,
Brie, is going through classes currently to become a therapy dog where
she will help children as well as adults who are ill or may have developmental
disabilities. Mrs. Gosselink also enjoys reading, traveling, decorating,
gardening, collecting poodle figurines, and spending time with friends.
She indicates, “During my educational career, I’ve had
the opportunity to work with students from early childhood to high
school. I have been fortunate to have served the majority of those
years at the elementary school level. I have a special place in my
heart for children at this level and am excited about serving the Anne
M. Jeans family during the 2005/2006 school year and into the future.
