The Burr Ridge Board of Education has been informed that Dr. Charlie Kyle will be leaving the district on July 1, 2025 to become the superintendent at Skokie District 73.5. The search for Dr. Kyle’s replacement will begin this fall.
For the 2025-26 school year, the Board will ask retired Burr Ridge superintendent Dr. Tom Schneider, to serve as the interim Superintendent. After serving as district superintendent for sixteen years, Dr. Schneider is very familiar with our district and community.
