Between now and February 23rd, students will read, fill out bookmarks, and turn in those completed bookmarks for a chance to win gift cards! Mrs. Knecht's Preschool classroom took a field trip to the farm! The children learned all about the different types of animals that live there and went on a hay ride.

Mrs. Knecht's Preschool classroom tasted corn and flour tortillas as part of their Bread Study. The students voted that flour was their favorite!

Dr. Kyle was Mrs. Van Howe's Mystery Reader on Monday. He read CREEPY CRAYON! by Aaron Reynolds. We loved having him in our room and look forward to more Mystery Readers in the future.


We learned that ten 1’s make a bundle of 10, ten 10’s make a bundle of 100, and ten 100’s make a bundle of 1,000. Learning place value has never been so fun!
